Kim has 12 years of experience in the industry, with a background in R&D, soil fertility, GIS, as-applied machine data, and agronomic farm evaluations. She holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Agronomy with a concentration in Soil Science from N.C. State University. She is also a licensed CCA (Certified Crop Advisor), CPA (Commercial Pesticide Applicator), and PMP (Project Management Professional). Kim grew up in Perquimans County, NC and now resides with her family in Raleigh, NC. |

Tommy Grisafi Tommy Grisafi is the owner of Ag Bull Media and the host of the Ag Bull and ATI ProMedia podcasts. Tommy developed an interest in managing risk in 1990 when he attended a class field trip to the Chicago Board of Trade in High School. Tommy became a recognized member of the CBOT and CME group on his 21st birthday and has maintained this status for 30 years. |

Jason Bond, PhD Jason P. Bond is a Professor at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Dr. Bond’s research and teaching program for the last 24 years has focused on disease management in row crops in the Midwest. |

Dr. Bond is a second-generation plant pathologist, and he was raised on a watermelon farm in southeastern Louisiana. He received his Ph.D. in Plant Health from Louisiana State University in 1999.
